Go somewhere else. This is listed as open on the weekends, but there is no staff, no fresh smoothies, juice or coffee, and the "self serve" offerings don't actually offer any fuel for your workout, or your day in NYC! ?
Very expensive and absolutely awful smoothies and service. Watery and extraordinarily poorly mixed. Easily the worst food I’ve ever bought. Juice Press and Equinox should be ashamed to have this location associated with their brands.
Just put this thing out of its misery and close it. It’s basically never open. They claim to have a “self-serve” option but nothing is ever stocked. Total joke.
Almost never actually open. Even when they’re supposed to be — always “will be back in 10 minutes” while coming back in 30.Other thing. Why are there no premade protein smoothies available when it isn’t open? Juice Press has great pre-made smoothies that are never even offered at this location.
This branch of Juice Press is attached to the Equinox health club, though you can go inside even if you are not a health club member. They have the typical juices (both made to order and grab & go), oatmeal, soup, takeout items such as salads, etc. As it typical for Juice Press, this store is clean, well run, and healthy. This branch is small, with a few stools to sit and eat, though the food here is mostly for takeout. If the weather is nice, there is a lovely small park on 54 btn. 1st and 2nd Aves. (south side of street) where you can sit and eat/drink.
Not a good JP and I frequent other locations. Here, They are frequently out of things that are only premade options and on demand smoothies are made poorly or ingredients forgotten such as Blue Magic without the blue.
Stopped by with my wife after the gym. As first timers atthat location they had us sample so many different things so we made a good informed and partially full decision. The are ridiculously good!! Only thing is that it's a bit pricey.
