Super cute little spot on the Upper East Side, easy walk from the Park Avenue Armory. It’s a mostly vegetarian menu, with a limited meat section on the back of the menu, so a great place to go with meat-eaters who are hesitant about vegan restaurants. It’s a big menu so I had trouble deciding but I wanted a sandwich so I went with the buffalo bomber (no soy bacon to make it vegan) and it was really good! There’s so much more I want to try next time

Just discovered this neighbourhood gem. Both my wife and I loved their impossible burger. Can’t wait to go back to try some of the other menu items like snapper tacos.
My husband and I love coming here every time we get a chance. The food is absolutely delicious—always. I love the Japanese dumplings and all the seitan dishes; the portions are very generous, so go prepared to have a feast. I want to highlight also how charming and kind the owner is. She’s a delightful lady with a great knowledge of what food service means. And, if you like old jazz, she always has the best jazz music playing.
