I hosted my 25th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff, the DJ, and the space were all fantastic. I will definitely host another event here soon.
Kinda rude staff, went there for a birthday and they were constantly telling us how long we had and then when we were getting our stuff together not even in the area where the private event was we felt rush and like we couldn’t order more drinks. Felt the drinks were a little bitter as well. Bartenders were nice!

This is my favorite bar in the entire world, and trust me I’ve been to a lot. Great vibes, good crowd, strong drinks, good darts and DJs. They’ll let you host a private event for free w no minimum! All the bartenders and staff - Rory, Connell, Conor, Jackson, Georgio, all proper guys. My friends and I go here all the time and it never disappoints. Merry Christmas lads!

I'm not writing this review to try and be overly negative, more as a warning to those attending Juke Bar to be aware of their surroundings: my phone went missing last night, and seems to have been stolen. When I called this afternoon it seems that at least 2 other phones were lost/stolen last night.
To lay out a timeline of events:
~11:30 PM: phone went missing, we searched around the bar and left my contact information with the bartenders. The bouncer and the bartenders all seemed helpful at the time. I had only been at the bar for about an hour when this occurred. I couldn't find my phone, so went home to report it missing from my laptop.
4:20 AM: my phone location was still showing at the bar, so I was optimistic about recovering it in the morning.
9:00 AM: last known location in Peekskill, NY. The phone appears to have been turned off
~5:30 PM: Called Juke Bar to inquire about the phone that appeared to have still been there at closing. They had lost my contact information, but asked if I was two other people, which is how I know others had phones go missing last night.
Juke Bar go-ers, beware
Had a great time, hosted a little bday party for a couple friends, Rory was communicative and friendly! Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. I came in alone, in a city I don’t even live in, with a dead phone and no way to get home. I asked the ginger haired bartender with a septum piercing if he could charge it for a few minutes so I could call an Uber. He said yes and then when I went to get it back he literally berated me.
He asked, “Did you order a drink?” (I was by myself) and when I said no, he went off about how “I should never come into a bar and ask to charge my phone without buying a drink.” My phone was charging for a TOTAL OF 3 MINUTES. I wasn’t trying to hang out or take advantage, i just needed to get home safely. Instead of acting like a decent human being, he decided to yell at me for it. As a bartender myself, I could/would NEVER imagine saying this to a young girl alone in a city as unsafe as New York.
It makes sense the place was empty while every other bar around had a line down the street. No one wants to go there for a reason. Get better employees.
This experience was unbelievably rude, uncalled for, and made me feel extremely unsafe. would never go back.

I’m not into writing reviews but I wanted be sure I did in the hopes that I can help someone out there who makes a big deal about their birthday but needs to do it on a budget, like me. Book your next birthday here. I’m not joking. The bar tenders, DJ and all the staff were so incredibly kind and helped make my night so special. Rory was so responsive and helped me get everything in order for my night. There is no fee or bar minimum, just a small deposit that they sent back to me the day after my party. They also let me rename two of their cocktails and they printed out a little menu I made (photo attached)! Everyone I talked to said they had the best time ever. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience at this bar. Trusting a free party room in NYC is such a risk cause there’s always a catch, whether it be the room isn’t actually “private” or the staff is rude, but this exceeded my expectation. Thank you again!

One of my favorite places in the city to come to on weekdays! Georgio, Jackson, Conor and Conall are the best at the bar! Highly recommended.

I was looking for a place to host my birthday and found Juke Bar from Tik Tok. Firstly, Rory the owner was responsive and accommodating since day one. Really cool guy, thanks again! Jerrick at the door made sure all my guests came in smoothly and we were able to have a whole section in the main space with seating to ourselves. Emily Rose cocktail is GREAT. Music was pretty versatile too with the live DJ. I recommend!!
