The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

I had it delivered and it was a little different from the Korean salad. The burrito felt a bit spicy, perhaps because of the sauce, but the shrimp balls tasted really healthy. We were satisfied with what we tried!

I ordered over a year ago a grilled chicken salad but did not get the chicken. I called and they told me I was out of luck unless I decided to go to the store to get the chicken. I’m a physician stuck at work for 12-14 hours at a time without breaks. So now I had lettuce without anything else. How is this acceptable for a meal. She said at least you have lettuce. Really?!?! They sent me a coupon which I said I’d never use and wanted my food refunded. They refused to refund me. I never used the coupon bc I was disgusted by the service and response. My coworkers order when I’m not around bc I won’t order… today they wanted to order again and since it’s 1.5 years later I was hopeful things would be different. NOPE!!! I ordered a warm chicken goat cheese salad… no goat cheese. Are we serious?!?! Again contacted customer service who said to go to the store… I have 6 patients in front of me and cannot leave the office… her response was to send a coupon. I said your business failed not once but twice now I’ll never use it… she said well I can refund the goat cheese only which is about 89 cents.. are we serious… I’m not eating this crap… I ordered goat cheese and chicken… this is unacceptable and the responses poor. They want you to order again and take more money with even less satisfaction… that’s greed and horrible customer service. They should refund my meal so I can order elsewhere. Insanity. Never ever again…

I don't want to swear but WTH. $50 for 2 salads, 2 blocks away, an hour later and BOTH orders wrong! The Just Salad customer service sucks (put me on hold then hung up, run around, had to call back several times, attitude) and their platform default was Door dash delivery so they just throw me to Door dash however Door dash is NOT the ones who made the salad. ?? But Door dash did help. I order TWO salads!!! And they can't even make Just salad. I paid extra for chicken - NO chicken, said dressing on side and dressing was all over it. Paid extra for cilantro - No Cilantro. Have had issues with this place before and had not been back for awhile but tried again Today. Used to love them, even got different kinds of reusable bowls, etc. I have a service animal and I usually walk over for To Go orders. [This place does not have a lot of seating and usually busy for Business people ordering lunch.] But depending on who is working...i get treated differently every time I go. Some employees need to be educated on the ADA laws that protect people with disabilities. Not all disabilities are visible and sometimes it takes a lot just to walk over there and make an order. I don't think I want to give this place anymore business because the service has been so inconsistent with more bad than good. This wasn't the first time an order was wrong but I am unable to walk especially in 82 degree weather with 62% humidity and moderate air quality to try and resolve the issue. Thankfully Door Dash helped but like I said, they didn't make the salads and they aren't the ones with inconsistent service every time I go in. I was once told to stand in the corner and shout my order because I had my service animal and another almost denied the ability to. Didn't want to make a complaint with the Dept. of justice, investigation or lawsuit but hoping someone of authority sees this to better train their employees for future. I came from the F & B industry, i used to train employees for various restaurants, I didn't always need a service animal (recent last 3 years) and I spend alot just to have wrong orders or be treated unfairly. So I am looking at it from ALL angles. I just hope they continue to do better for others. Not all Just Salads are like this but my experiences here have been. ?
