You got to be kidding with the portion and the quality of the food. Way overpriced, very tiny tiny portion and the food is not even good! I ordered Pork sisig, Lumpiang sariwa and Goat Kaldereta. Pork sisig is very dry and kiddie meal portion for $16. The Goat Kaldereta which my partner loves all the time from different Filipino Restaurant. He ended up throwing it after 2 bites because he said it's very sweet and why they put sweet potato instead of regular potato? just complete mediocre. Over all never coming back and please do not waste your money!

I got the tapsiloc (marinated beef). The beef was quite tasty but there was some rather dry pieces. Rice was a bit undercooked. It could have been better. They have a great variety of Fillipino food which was a big plus if u crave for them.

Ordered 2 veggie spring rolls which totaled about $6.50. wasn't very impressed. The wrapping paper was fried nice and light golden brown and flaky but there was barely any filling. Just a few shreds of cabbage and 2 little pieces of carrot

Figured I'd try this new food truck that popped up at work. 3 stars for the pork being nice and crispy and not too much fat. The taste is ok but could use a bit more seasoning. Rice is just steamed and ok. Not worth the $14.10 i paid.

I've enjoyed Filipino food for decades and keep waiting for it to be the next big thing. Kabayan is a great way to taste the best of Filipino food.

Mmm tapsilog! I was so excited to hear about the Filipino food truck outside the hospital. Nothing beats a generous, delicious serving of tapsilog after a night shift and this order did not disappoint. A nice serving of garlic rice and flavorful tapsilog topped with 2 fried eggs (I prefer my eggs over easy but all good). Very reasonably priced too! I texted my order to the number listed on the menu. Quick response with simple inquiry regarding pickup time. I even texted to adjust pickup time and added turon (couldn't resist, it was still delicious and crispy despite a walk). Super easy and efficient. They take venmo too with info on the food truck when you pick up your order. As of 2/24 they are located in front of NYP Cornell Mon, Wed, Fri 830-3pm.

Food truck stops in front of mount Sinai hospital on the upper east side. Food is okay and not spectacular but really expensive for what it is. Portion is not that great for the price. We called the number listed in advance but they never pick up!!! I tried ordering pork sisig with rice (which is $13 btw) and they didn't tell me that the rice is not yet cooked so I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the food. Super unprofessional.
