Kafe Neo is a popular coffee shop on the Upper East Side, known for having some of the best coffee in the area. The baristas are friendly and well-trained, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Although there is no indoor seating, there is a covered outdoor seating area. The shop is wheelchair accessible, but the storefront is on a hill which might make it difficult for wider chairs. Kafe Neo offers a limited selection of baked goods, which sell out quickly, and they provide free dog treats. The dulce de leche latte with oat milk is a customer favorite. This serene yet hip coffee nook has a unique menu tailored towards the season, with bold and not watery flavors. The white mocha lavender latte and the Caramelized Apple latte were both very good. Service is efficient, and amazing customer service was provided. The coffee was amazing and the area gives a nice, cozy vibe.
