It exceeded my expectations. I love Peruvian food and Kausa represents it very well. Dishes like Jalea, Lomo Saltado and Arroz Chaufa were delicious and the Chicha Morada was 10 out of 10! The service was friendly and attentive. I will be back soon!

Regarding what many of us are interested in, which is eating well, the dishes had a rancid flavor as if some seasoning that I do not identify is stale or moldy, the quantities are not very large, and they do not give you appetizers with the drinks ( Canchita), their idea is to eat well and feel well cared for, look for another place.

The bitter ceviche, the huancaina doesn't taste like huancaina, they have definitely lowered the quality of the food. And in the service they impose the tip on you without warning, they charge it to your card and they choose the amount. I no longer recommend it, nor would I go again.

My partner and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time last night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were offered a table in the middle of the floor, which we declined. We opted to wait for another table and were directed to the bar area. However, despite waiting there for 45 minutes, not once did the bartender acknowledge us or offer even a glass of water.
After about 45 minutes, the manager approached us and informed us that a table was going to ready shortly. By then, the lack of service and consideration had already left a bad impression. We decided to leave and went to Cha Long next door, where we had an amazing experience.
This restaurant’s service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
