Always the best! The ingredients are super fresh. Usually with seafood, if it’s not fresh, you can smell it or taste that fishy flavor. I’m pretty sensitive to that, so I can’t eat it if it’s fishy. But whenever I eat here, there’s no fishy taste or smell at all!
Ordered salmon sashimi and several hand rolls (not pictured). The sashimi was mid and would not recommend ordering. The handrolls on the other hand are to die for. I've never been a fan of handrolls but this place is incredible. Toro, salmon, seabream, they are all worth ordering. Would readily return on my next visit to NYC.
The attention to detail is only rivaled by its sister restaurant sugar fish. For the price and considering that tip is included in menu prices I think you can’t make a better choice for some delicious hand rolls. Would recommend to anyone!
