Terrible customer service. Wait staff didn’t understand the absolute basics of how to treat a customer. Not going back - there are places that know how to treat customers better.

Some people at reception don't make any effort when they see that you don't understand their language and are not very friendly.

I came here a while back and had the best pizza so I was excited to return this trip and I was extremely disappointed. Our waiter was borderline rude right off the bat and informed us there were no substitutions or additions to any menu items. When our pizza arrived I asked for some Parmesan cheese and the waiter said we aren’t allowed to top pizza with that. The pizza was just okay. We also got the pesto lasagna and it was nearly inedible. We will not visit this restaurant again.

Reviewing at the risk of the owner leaving a rude reply, as he tends to do for any review that doesn't bow down to his restaurant (which is hilarious because there's something that tickles me about a grown man whining back to me about an honest review, but also makes me even less likely to ever return):

Definitely not what I remember it being in 2021.
I asked the person who spoke as if he were the owner if he could recognize a pizza I had previously ordered.

He was adamant that it was the Sabrina, even after the pizza arrived, and I asked again if it could've been literally any other pizza. It very well may have been, but wow, was it a disappointment in comparison.

I will say that the dough was delicious and flavorful, and the cheese was fresh. I would recommend not getting the Montanara-style pizzas because they are extremely oily and the only thing on the table is more spicy oil. They don't bring any dressings to help cut the oil on the pizza. I'm not sure if that's something that can be asked for, but if you decide to eat here, it's work a try.

However, the amount of truffle I was expecting on the pizza vs. what actually came out was laughable. I've included pictures of both pizzas. Shrinkflation, amiright?

That being said, the rest of the service was good, nothing bad to say there. Bathroom was clean, but they only have two single-person restrooms.

Overall, I don't think it's worth the trouble for me to navigate to this restaurant a third time.

Delicious pizza. We came in on a snowy Saturday. A great cozy spot to sip red wine and eat Neapolitan pizza. It’s worth the trip.

We arrived at LUNCH MENU time, where the selected pizzas had a 50% discount. The menu they give you has on one side all their dishes with the full price and on the other side of the sheet the discounted pizzas that are part of their lunch menu. OBVIOUSLY, if you arrive during the Lunch menu time it should be a given that you will take the pizzas that have the discount........ And instead, they screwed us. We order a platter outside the discount, and two pizzas that should have been included in the lunch menu..... In short, the waitress and the manager said that it was me who didn't indicate the pizzas on the right side of the paper... when they had taken the paper away from me before even ordering the pizzas.... Result? 100 euros for two pizzas + 20 euros unauthorized tip......

We have given you a gift, since nothing could be done to resolve the inconvenience created by them.....

Obviously we won't be returning.

Great for large parties and gluten allergies but the pizza could be better. Ordered mine well done but it still came soggy.
