The shop is at the last part of the concourse down the hall to stations beside the amartek in penn station. Staffs were friendly. Its not a single kfc its a joint venture restaurant type area. Like a good court. Though its small but nashville hot kfc wings was good.
It had been years since O had visited a Kentucky Fried Chicken, and never before the on in Penn Station New York. There is also a Taco Bell, a Tim Horton's, and a Pizza Hut in the same area. The tables in the KFC area were a bit dirty, but given the location and number of customers, I guess that is to be expected. The food tasted better than I expected and the young man who took my order was very professional and polite, too.
Chicken was a bit dry and tough not like other ones, and the seating very limited so it's very crowded. If your in the area and crave KFC then I would say stop by but I wouldnt go out of my way to make it here.
