My order is regularly off by at least one item because the cashiers don't really listen. They just start punching buttons assuming what you're going to say. I get crispy when I ordered original, mashed potatoes when I ordered baked beans, hot wings when I ordered barbecue. Not the end of the world, but it's annoying, so now I check before I leave the restaurant.
The fast food place is nice . I came in to get a quick meal . On my way home . They were playing hip hop music . Although the staff was busy . They were fast and professional. The manager was nice and friendly. I understand that there jobs are stressful yet because they have a the manager . Who is not only leading but engage you can see that his staff was cohesive making that KFC stand out from the rest in service .
