Love it here! Everyone are very polite and friendly! Angel and Kenny are my favorite!!!
I visited the King Cole Bar at the St. Regis, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is elegant and classic, with just the right mix of history and charm. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making the whole visit feel special.

Beautiful bar, terrible service and worst espresso martini. The espresso is not fresh it comes from a pot that’s been sitting at the bar, they use Kaluha, and the bartender put his unwashed hands into the beans and put them into the martini shakers and shook everything together. We paid $78 for two drinks and only took 2 sips. We literally walked out. Had very high expectations for the St Regis, definitely disappointed.

I finally visited the legendary King Cole Bar at The St. Regis, the birthplace of the Bloody Mary, and it lived up to its reputation. Tucked inside the beautiful St. Regis Hotel, this iconic bar opens at 4 PM, and it’s best to arrive early if you want to secure a seat it’s a popular spot for both drinks and light bites.
I ordered the Meze Plate, the classic Bloody Mary, and an Espresso Martini. Everything was excellent beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The service was attentive and polished, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The bar itself has a timeless elegance, with an atmosphere that blends old New York glamour and modern comfort. A must-visit if you want a classic cocktail experience in Manhattan.

FANTASTIC! I'm a travel writer (National Geographic, Washington Post, etc.) and I've been all over the world. For my birthday, I took several family members here for drinks to celebrate. The service was IMPECCABLE. The servers went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They were warm and welcoming. This is not a stuffy bar with pretentious servers. We truly had a great time! Would come back.

I love that place. The ambiance, patrons, atmosphere and specifically Bill, what a great person. He is easily one of my favorite reasons to go to that in the city when I need a pick me up and some good giggles.

This place is incredibly overpriced. $70 for a glass of Veuve. $60 for an espresso martini. $23 for a glass of Mionetto prosecco?! Just no. You can get two bottles of Veuve for that price once you calculate tax and tip. In no world are the drinks worth that.

Thank you, Bill-san, for the delicious Bloody Mary and for kindly sharing the fascinating history behind the art and the building.

The bar inside is so beautiful and the lounge is great too if you want more space and seating. We came here to try the Bloody Mary and I loved how many you could try. We got the most popular one but I want to go back to try more. The bar snacks were so good too. It would have been a wonderful experience but the service was absolutely horrible. No one checked on us and if I needed something I had to keep getting up to ask.

Extremely disappointed - supposed to be this iconic NY bar, but it was anything but. I sat at the bar. Bartenders were absolutely uncaring and looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there. Ordered “Red Snapper” - this was poured from what looked like a premixed gallon jug and shoved into my face. $30 please.

Atmosphere and service is great; everyone was friendly. Supposedly they invented the bloody mary here. I can confirm they make a good one but at $32 I don't think it's worth the cost.
The staff are lovely and nice. They are always willing to help you with something. One of my favorite bars I would recommend.

A NYC classic, institution, for sure. Bar seating in particular. Table seating area is getting increasingly jammed. The Red Snapper cocktail is the classic. Bar snacks were a bit odd and bowls were huge, maybe for sharing with 4 persons. Bill, bartender, was a total rock star.........

A lovely spot with incredible service and darn good cocktails. If you're into sweet drinks served in a martini glass, try the tasty Blue Jazz. I had a champagne-based cocktail—can’t recall the name—but it was absolutely perfect. Be warned, it's pricey. Our two cocktails cost over $100!
We had planned to eat here as well, but... well, see below for why we didn’t.
I wish I could give it five stars, but I just can’t. The music was so loud we couldn’t carry on a normal conversation. Everyone around us was yelling just to be heard, and I overheard several people complaining about the volume. Someone even asked the bartender to turn it down, but the response (if I heard correctly) was that management was trying to attract a younger crowd.
It’s a real shame, because the last time I visited a few years ago, it was such an enjoyable experience. I couldn’t wait to bring my husband back—but sadly, this visit didn’t live up to the memory.
