LOVE IT!!! I was just walking by with my family and saw this place. The tripe and chicken feet are Amazing! Next time I’m in NYC definitely stopping again!! More people need to know about this. The flavor is amazing and addictive. I’m keeping my receipt so I can have the address on hand.
WONDERFUL STUFF! I was passing by and I recognized eating these things before (cold meat appetizer in Sichuan restaurant??) and had to try it. Had no idea what I was buying because menu in Chinese, friendly man working there made me a mixed assortment (beef, chicken gizards, octopus, tripe, duck, etc) and even gave me a complimentary duck tongue to taste.Everything was wonderful. Spicy but not too spicy, salty, umami, sweet, fragrant like a flavor explosion.You gotta start marketing...
