It's alright! After discovering my childhood NYC bakery went out of business during the COVID pandemic, I went on a quest to find a replacement and visited 4 Chinatown bakeries in 2 days. This one was the most modern of the ones I visited, with the most amenities including a sit-down area, a number of drinks and bubble teas to purchase, and a big variety of baked goods. The food in the store is goodI just bought a defective oil horn (not yet ripe)Give feedback to their person in charge and arrange for me to get another bread immediately.I also asked the chef in the kitchen to deal with all the grease corners. It’s great to see that they can solve these small details immediately?
