Purchased a short and shirt set from the Miami location in June last year. The quality is the worst. The shorts have completely frayed along the top and have giant holes in the legs. Provided pictures and credit card transactions and was told we don't have proof of purchase and they can't help. Shein is better quality don't waste your money.
I had a disappointing experience with KITH's refund policy. I purchased an item online that did not fit. KITH's refund policy doesn't offer cash refunds under any circumstances — more over, they aren't obligated to provide a reason why they don't give cash refunds. It's simply "company policy," which leads to an inferior customer experience compared to other brands.
