For me, it was a bit too heavy on the spices, I prefer a more milky mild chai. I also can’t handle too much sugar in my chai. But overall, the atmosphere was nice and calm

A cosy little joint in the east village. Will recommend the Chai Float. Thats my favourite. The egg kathi roll is yummy, the mint chutney is to die for. Just one feedback, the place next door has a space outside wish you guys could get similar space.

I visited Kolkata Chai recently, and I had a very bad experience because of the staff working there. Priyam was the guy taking my order and he was very rude and was giving me attitude as I was simply asking questions about their menu. I was taken back Because I was very excited to try this place. This was the first time I had visited this spot and quite frankly, this interaction completely ruined my experience here. If they had Good employees, who actually cared about their customers I’m sure this place would be very successful. I hope that they can better their staff and the service that they provide because I’ll never be coming here again.
