(11/6/25 12:00pm) they knowingly Served me extremely burnt coffee. It Tasted spoiled and disgusting. I can’t believe you really served that to customers. It had to go straight in the garbage so I wasted my money and couldn’t even drink half. Wont be coming back here again

Got some donuts; they were as good as usual. The guy working at the register rushed me a bit even though none of the people there were ready to order, and there was no specific order of us. He also left the register before I could ask to use my rewards and pay cash. After he came back I asked to use my rewards. He processed it and left again before I could ask to use cash, so I just sucked it up and paid with card. Other experiences were good, and the donuts are always delicious.

Krispy Kreme in Times Square was great. The original glazed donut is super tasty, soft, and fresh. Definitely worth a try, especially if it’s your first time. Simple but so good.
Their smoothies taste natural and refreshing, not artificial.

This store is not the actual flagship store at times square where they make the doughnuts fresh. This store here gets them delivered and just sells them. Hence, the doughnuts will be little less fresh than in the bakery store at times square. If you want the real deal, you have to go to the store at times square (at 48st, Broadway, 7th Ave intersection) and wait in line...
