This store is not the actual flagship store at times square where they make the doughnuts fresh. This store here gets them delivered and just sells them. Hence, the doughnuts will be little less fresh than in the bakery store at times square. If you want the real deal, you have to go to the store at times square (at 48st, Broadway, 7th Ave intersection) and wait in line...

We were on the hunt for the Harry Potter donuts and this was the second store we visited. Sadly, they were out of the regular potter ones but had the sorting hat ones! Luckily we had already gotten the regular potter ones from another location, that location that wont be named however due to poor service, BUT Melissa was just wonderful and helpful at this location! It’s like she understood what potter geeks we were hehe one of the boxes even fell over a bit and she checked the donut to make sure it was ok. We were glad she helped us and was kind. The other associate there was also diligently helping others. Definitely a good experience!
