The staff is terrible. The place is extremely crowded. I ordered an assorted dozen and walked up the counter by the sign that said “pick up here”and was on my phone while waiting for my order. The lady behind the counter said, “excuse me can you stop hovering and step away until your order is ready” I was three feet from the counter and there was people everywhere literally nowhere else to go. She ends up slamming my order in the counter and gives me 1 strawberry frosted and 11 glazed donuts when I ordered a 30 dollar assorted dozen.

The donuts were extremely tasty, service was quick, but the prices are high. Inside of the building is cool.
If you don't speak English very well, they treat you like trash. They rush you to place your order, they are rude and extremely disrespectful! The woman who served us does not have the psychological preparation to serve tourists. I don't recommend it at all! Run away from this place, they don't deserve your money.

Staff were impolite and did not even say Hello back to us. They looked bored, and serving us doughnuts seemed a big unwelcome effort for them. A smile costs nothing. I love Krispy Kreme and had been so excited to visit here. But I was let down by the service.

Great touristy location, relatively fast line, friendly service - not to mentioned freshly made donuts. This location has it all. The original classic glazed donut is nearly impossible to beat, but the chocolate lotus was a close second.

Came here to get the limited New York Big Apple donut. Lines were long and a lot of yelling was happening in the store. Staff were not friendly. When the employee was asking the other employee to package the New York donut, the employee who took our order referred to us as “some tourists.” And the other employee grabbing the donut was questioning why we even wanted it… weird. At least the donut was good and came with a fancy box.

first time in new york and i had contact with terrible customer service. i am gonna remember this forever. lady was screaming at me because i wanted record donuts as a tourist and she started scream on whole local. i show her that i didnt start even record. i cant believe how u can treat customer which wanna buy your stuff like that. i decided to leave this local. and i never come back!!!!!!! rude people

Order at the terminal, take your time to choose your preferences, collect your order: mistake on the drink. Report it to the seller. But as the terminal does not issue a ticket, it is impossible to justify what we have chosen. Missing half of the information on the printed paper for the saleswoman, absence of the topping with the mocha caramel.Being rebuffed by the saleswoman is not pleasant.For a first experience, I was really disappointed.However, the donuts are a real treat!
