Disclaimer: Store employees are great at this location, this is about the food. I’m a loyal Krispy Kreme customer - I love their cake batter donut, but I was pretty disappointed today after ordering the limited “over the rainbow” donut which was said to have the cake batter filling but it definitely does not. It didn’t taste anything like cake batter, more like regular kreme filling. I’m annoyed I wasted my money on this.

The employees there are super nice and accommodating which adds to the experience and makes it more enjoyable, for me personally. Recently I popped in to claim my dozen glazed donuts. They were ready for me right away, at the counter. The gentleman assisting me was really laid back and provided perfect service. Donuts are always a treat but I like to take them up a notch by giving them a warm up in my air fryer at home. It really enhances the crunchiness. Brings out all those...

Dropped in for a free dozen glazed donuts and they already had it prepped. The guy at the counter was pretty chill, no complaints with service. And finally, I can’t really complain about the quality of free food as long as it’s at least edible so 5 stars all the way.
