One employee has the nastiest attitude and will argue with you that you are in the wrong without trying to correct the situation or apologize for the misunderstanding. I ended up not getting anything, and I won't come back to this location.

Very rude cashier. Asked for a donut that there were two full rows of. Was told “We don’t have it”, I responded with “Okay, but isn't it right there?” and started to point to the two full rows of donuts, the employee cut me off and said “We don’t have it”, despite there being two full rows of the donut. If they were already reserved donuts she could have explained that and I would've understood, no problem. I looked at her and started to ask again but before I could ask why I couldn’t have one of those donuts she gave me a dirty look and repeated herself.

Giving this Krispy Kreme a 5 star rating because of the absolutely phenomenal customer service and personability of JUSTIN--he was just awesome. He was very personable, very polite, and quite the conversationalist. Of course, the doughnuts were also on point as can be expected of Krispy Kreme and seemed to be fresh even though we came in the evening.

8/20/24 6pm the lady there was extremely rude. Didn’t help with customer and tried to give customers a hard time.
Went in store to pick up my online order. She didn’t help said “I don’t know”. The other person helped me and jokingly said “you could’ve taken that bigger bag over there and we wouldn’t know haha”, referring to a bigger bag of pick up order.
I jokingly responded “yea I shoulda”. As I was walking out of the store, she looked me in the eye and called out my name “why? Jennifer? That’s stealing!”. Everyone looked at me as I was only one hand holding the door and the other holding that bag of donut belongs to me.
What is her problem? Why did she have to embarrass her customer for no reason?
