They did not give out a free donut on halloween if you are dressed up as they advertised. My kids were so disappointed. Also we got 3 dozen Halloween boxes and they were not advertised correctly. We only got 2 pumpkins instead of 3 etc.

đŠ Google Review: Krispy Kreme â 1276 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10028 âď¸ No stars. No excuses. Today, my 16-year-old son had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Krispy Kreme location. Heâs a regular customer, stopping by monthly since his school is nearby. But today, he was refused the buy-one-get-one deal simply because he didnât have his phoneâeven after offering to fill out the form afterward.
Then things got worse. He asked for a dozen donuts, but the cashier charged him for individual pieces and refused to correct the order. When he tried to clarify, the cashier told him heâd have to pay again to get another dozen. He was very rude and just not helpful.
So instead of a fair deal, my son was charged $40 for two boxes of donuts, denied a refund, and had to leave before being late to school.
This is not how you treat customersâespecially young ones who are loyal and respectful. Weâve spent hundreds of dollars here for school events, monthly but after this experience, weâre done.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It felt like a scam, and itâs unacceptable. Weâll be taking our business elsewhereâfrom now on, itâs any other location or company but this one.

The whole team got me some great doughnuts super fast. And I wished I had been able to go back the next day like I said I was going to, but I just wasnât able to get back up that way. But thank you team & Chris again - seriously appreciate your help!
The guys at Kristy cream on Lexington went above and beyond for us with recommendations and made the yummiest customized coffees for us. 10/10

Each time I visit, I always have a very nice interaction with the different staff. This location has very kind workers, unlike the Fulton Street location. Their espresso machine always works (unlike Fulton), so it's never an issue when I am looking for my morning latte fix. I have been visiting for months and this is by far my favorite Krispy Kreme location. I truly wish they could accept tips via card payment, y'all are great and make my day :)
