This place is really nice. Good vibes, staff is really kind and fast. They are making really tasty ramen but the music is a little bit loud. This is the only negativity i noticed. Thank you for this delicious food!

This is a very nice restaurant, especially the design and layout. There are private rooms that are covered as well as cool honeycomb shaped tables that feel intimate and like a unique experience. The food could be better as I felt it was a bit salty and oily for my liking. My ramen felt kind of cold as well (especially the egg) and the cuts of pork belly I got were 80% fat which I did not eat.

Disappointing experience overall. The service felt inattentive and disorganized. The ramen didn’t meet expectations either the broth and toppings tasted overly standardized and lacked the freshness and depth I expected from a ramen spot. For the price, I don’t think it delivered good value and I probably wouldn’t return.

Honestly pretty disappointing.
The ramen tasted like instant noodles with a heavy, artificial soup base rather than real slow-cooked broth. The noodles and toppings felt low quality, and the overall flavor was very one-dimensional.
The skewers were also not authentic at all. A lot of the food tasted like pre-made frozen items that were simply reheated before serving. Especially the fried items and side dishes — they had that obvious processed, microwave/heated-up texture and taste.
The menu and presentation look impressive, but the actual food quality does not match the price.

I asked for no ice in my Thai tea. They gave me back a half poured drink and refused to fill it all the way The drink was four dollars. They could’ve been nice enough to fill it up. I was very disappointed.

The food was great. However, I have been here three times. The first time I came here I remember asking the workers if they serve Boba tea here. I was new and I did not know what they served here they said no and then I overheard them laughing at me about how they didn’t serve it and why would I ask that behind my back in a rude tone. The second time I came here it was great. However, today the energy was very weird. The server seemed like he didn’t want to be there. When I first walked in, there was an awful smell and I asked to move and the server asked me where I should sit at in a rude tone. Moving forward, I was trying to ask my server a question, but he answered halfway and walked away. Also it was just me and another person there so It wasn’t like it was busy. Not only that, but most of the desserts were all gone. I felt uncomfortable to eat there. The food was great, but the service was awful. I recommend the other location in Broadway.
