ordered a red velvet birthday cake for my party and was given vanilla. the quality of the sweets here was good the first few years but unfortunately deteriorated. they hired new people who give me hot cupcakes with frosting that obviously begins to melt off in seconds. the only nice person is the owner the other younger girls are incredibly rude with no customer service skills. save your money.

These people were terrible to me on the phone. I called for a cake and gave them $100 deposit and within 10 minutes I called back to cancel my order and they refused to give me my deposit back for a cake that I never got and they were super rude on the phone.

They legit saved me with one day left I called over 50 places between nyc and nj and noone has egg milk and nut allergy free cupcakes this is the only place! Thank you guys so much!! You guys are absolutely amazing for stepping out of you way to make sure the student is able to have a cupcake with out having a allergic reaction! Highly recommend this place!!! If I could give 100 stars I would! They are absolutely respectable and kind hearted
