L&M Delicatessen and Catering

Lost my wallet when I was visiting the city recently for a Yankees game. I thought there was no hope since I didn’t know where I had misplaced it. But the next morning I got a Instagram DM from L&M and they had told me they had my wallet and where to call to get details. They helped mail my wallet and return to me a lot of items that were valuable to me sentimentally and other important items. They also helped call my bank to turn off my card and make sure I didn’t get charges if someone tried too that wasn’t me. I cannot begin to thank them enough and I hope this review shows how amazing the people of L&M are and not just the food being the amazing part!

The food here is overpriced and not very good. Also, the owner is unbelievably rude.

Classic nyc deli. Places like this are rapidly disappearing in neighborhoods like Chelsea. They have been around since the 1970s! Fantastic sandwiches and tons of options for drinks and chips! 💯 recommended!!

This is my regular Deli. The guys here are great. The food is great. Having staples available for a quick in and out - especially awesome. Great deli!

We just catered an event from here
We had so much food leftover everyone came back for 2nds and 3rds. We got the Italian and American 6ft heroes and 4ft veggie. I was blown away by the veggie so much flavor never had a veggieike this .plus all the side sauce's and the pickles ????
Everyone ran back for more
Definitely will use them again for our next event

I've lived within a block of L&M for 15+ years, but have only started going regularly recently (because of these reviews): and it's a perfect corner bodega / deli. Highly recommend. I want this place open for my next 15+ years.

Terrible service (in the morning) on ​​the phone, the supposed owner serves as the worst. If he is the owner, he is supposed to set an example on how to serve people. He is a Latino who thinks he is American and doesn't even pronounce English well. What do you think? happens to this guy? He feels sorry for where he is from because he knows how to speak Spanish and it seems like he feels sorry for him, people like this shouldn't even have the opportunity to call him "boss"
