This place has the worse customer service! I sent an email from last week and a dm requesting urgent assistance, no response. I've been calling everyday since and have been told that the Manager is not there. I was told yesterday that I should call today at 3pm. I called and still no Manager. I asked to speak to another rep that may assist. No one else is available. What kind of business is this where no Supervisor is available for couple days?
