I was given a broken cup that spilled all over me on the floor. The cashier watched this happen and did not react or say anything. I told her it was broken and instead of giving me a new beverage, she poured what little remained of my drink into a new cup. Through all of this, no apologies, no acknowledgment, no single reaction from otherwise empty coffee shop. Unbelievable.

After paying $9 for a basic latte I was handed my drink and the lid wasn’t placed on properly. I pressed down on the lid and spilled a table spoon of coffee on the counter. Lady rolls her eyes and says in a dismissive voice “we’ll take care of it”. I refuse and insist I clean it myself. I tell her accidents happen. She then proceeds to tell me she has back pain. Not sure why that matters. I cleaned my whole mess and leave. Worst customer service experience. I wish I can take my $1.50 tip back.
I had a fantastic experience here! The baristas are amazing—my morning coffee is always perfect. They never burn the milk, and the matcha is super tasty too! The attention to detail really stands out. Definitely recommend this spot!

Recently tried their iced draft latte. The draft latte is very smooth. You can add sugar or sweeteners if you’re looking for some sweet latte but it’s better to have it without the sugar. Price wise is similar to Starbucks.
