Ohhh, what to say about this magnificent restaurant. I miss this NY so much! Incredible restaurants with impeccable service and dishes you could never prepare at home. La Grenouille has been here since the 1960's. That's how truly delicious the food is!
Start with a glass of bubbly champagne and the Osetra caviar. Then for an entree i love the delicious cheese souffle or Dover Sole. Both are perfection! For dessert i can't resist the chocolate souffle. It's so French and such a luxurious treat.
Such beautiful flowers and flattering lighting make it ideal for a romantic dinner (or perhaps a proposal). I had a birthday party here some time ago and it was a wonderful evening for all.

One of the most romantic and elegant and cute and wonderful restaurant ever.. Moment you walk in you feel like you are in old Paris and all over the gorgeous REAL flowers catching your eye with live jazz.. Owner is above and beyond.. a legend.. A perfect restaurateur.. Food is amazing as well as service.. Whole operation and whole team real professionals.. No wonder why its the secret spot of one of the world greatest celebrities.. shh.. Merci a tous!❤️

It was lovely to talk to Phillipe. The entire team are consummate professionals and friendly. My cocktail was perfect with the cocktail nibbles. The food is delicious, especially the cheese souffle to the dessert. It is so nice to dine at a classic restaurant. I enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you.

This restaurant is magical. It takes you back to a time in New York, where everything was so fabulous. The food is amazing. The flowers are exquisite. The actual owner does the flowers. And he puts his heart into it into everything of this restaurant it brings me back to a good time in New York. I go to many fancy restaurants and always leave hungry. no worries here beautiful presentation and very tasty.

We have visited La Grenouille for years and have never enjoyed it more than last night. Every single morsel of food was exceptional, from the seeded rolls and mini- baguettes to the always amazing soufles. The service is warm and professional, the ambiance is everything you could ask for from a top French restaurant, and the sumptuous floral displays are breathtaking. To top it all off, the music program was simply spectacular, a shape-shifting array of amazing musicians providing a continuous serenade of lovely jazz-inspired music. Our favorite was the simply sublime young woman chanteuse. We have never see such a young and vibrant clientele at Grenouille, which made us so happy to know that yet another generation has discovered this timeless gem!

La Grenouille is for me the most beautiful restaurant in the world I.Just sitting there is a surreal experience the lighting is so gorgeous. The staff is perfect food sublime . One expects to pay and one gets what one pays for.I don't get in the city much anymore and it is one of the greatest treats in my life when I know I can and go there. The owner is ever present and ever gracious.

This old-timer has some of the loveliest ambiance in NYC -- fresh, gorgeous aromatic flowers everywhere and really comfortable banquette seating. And extraordinary service. Alas, the food was very disappointing. It was below average and not at all the gastronomic experience we were expecting. I think it's seen better days :(
