Having dined at both the Vancouver and New York locations, I can't recommend both enough. The food is of an extremely high quality and delicious with great service. The Peking duck in particular is the best you can get in New York.
It was a wonderful experience dining at Quanjude Restaurant, and a particular pleasure to enjoy the special menu curated by Michelin-starred Chef Chen. From the elegant presentation to the thoughtful interplay of flavors, textures, and ingredients, each course brought its own character and sense of creativity. The unexpected yet beautifully balanced combinations made the entire dining experience both memorable and inspiring.
