I traveled from the UK, and i visited this starbucks. the service was amazing, i loved how the employee interacted very well so i was pleased with the service. the matcha was surreal, the taste, the quality, the time, everything was perfect. the starbucks is in an excellent location, we ordered a Vanilla Matcha and let the employee choose our second drink. special thanks to Johnny who made our day with this, he served us and made our drinks. I can see why this place has so many bad reviews. I’m at the store July 22 7:40pm I’m pretty sure that the store partner played their own music without company authorization. This place seems not welcome to its customers. While I can understand that some customers might be annoying. But a Starbucks should actively resolve the issue instead of pushing customers away by bad services.
