Best team leader. He knows his customers. He knows the customers orders, no need to place your order after a few stops. Fast service in such a tiny shop. And the best croissant of all DD's. Pleasant, friendly and respectful atmosphere.
Miserable service. I try to be pretty reasonable considering morning rush but the lady handling food service was incredibly rude. I asked if she could please cut my bagel in half (as I have to eat discreetly at my desk and shoving a whole bagel into my face is impossible) - She proceeded to wrap the uncut bagel, throw it in a bag and then handed me the bag with a plastic knife and said "do it yourself, here you go, bye" as nasty as possible. They made the coffee good but could have been better. Very crowded space which makes sense because it is inside the train station. The service was quick though. Wish them best of luck ?
