Not sure who's cooking the food in the back kitchen but it has definitely changed- the food used to be very tasty and flavorful, now it is bland and needs more seasoning. It is still fresh and they still give you a lot of food but it needs to be seasoned. The person packing my food gave me someone else's meal because the receipt was not on the paper bag so they didn't know which customer was getting which order. This place is delicious. Most of the people complaining ordered delivery through a 3rd party app. Stop using Postmates & Uber eats! It's wrong to review a restaurant when you don't even go to the place. The people here are kind & accommodating. This is an old school gem of a business operated by real New Yorkers. I’ve been going here for years and the food and service as always been good, but lately it has started going down hill. The last couple of times the food has been way too salty. And I have had bad experiences with the new counter ladies. I hope they can improve.
