I could easily make this place my evening ritual. Their meals satisfy hunger completely and taste great. The bill stays small but the food quality remains large. Staff members had a good sense of humor that enhanced our visit. This restaurant delivers what reviewers claim.

AYCE hotpot was around $35 per person. Came around 5pm and there was no wait time. Service was mid. Some of the female workers were nice though. Food options were okay. They had a variety of meat and vegetables. There was no buffet spot like other hotpot stores nor unlimited soft drinks. Portions size were kinda small too. Also, the hotpot broth came out cold. Usually, I thought it supposed to come out hot. So gotta wait like 4-5min for the broth to heat up. Overall, it was okay. Not the best not the worst. The hotpot store nearby, Gangnam hotpot is lit tho🤘🤘

Good ventilation it's bbq skewers grilled already and hotpot cook urself ayce. We liked the sauce station it was simple, and clean. Service was nice and everything was straight forward instructed, broth is clean but meat was ok. Had the chicken skewers today super juicy and good portion. The free pudding with milk tea is better at 8th avenue LaoJie.

The hot pot was just ok, the broths weren’t very flavorful. The biggest reason I can’t recommend is that a cockroach just casually crawled by my table while I was eating my dessert. And no the large outdoor roaches, the small infestation kind…can’t go back after seeing that.

Above average quality for AYCE hotpot. The atmosphere also morphs you back to a different place as the namesake suggests. Dined here on a Wednesday night and the place was half full, so the staff was super attentive with everything. The food comes out fast! The soup base is a little on the saltier side, but will be watered down once they add refills to the broth. If you come within 3 days of your actual birthday with a group of 4 or more, the birthday member eats for free. Don’t forget to ask for the mango pudding dessert! Definitely a nice and cold palate cleanser to eat the night!
Even tho it’s $37 per person for hot pot, after drinks, tax + tips, we ended up forking over $58 per person.

This is a very bad experience. My family and I went to dinner. We ordered hot pot and barbecue. The service was average. The food was tasteless. After the meal, I still paid the tip according to 18%. But the waiter said it was too little. He asked to give more. The tip should be based on the price before discount plus tax. Instead of tipping according to the price before tax after discount. This is a very unreasonable and rude request. The basic qualities of service industry employees are not well trained. I will never come again

My friends and I did the unlimited hot pot and bottomless sapporo for making social media posts and had a wonderful time! Service was prompt and kind throughout the entire meal. I'm a big fan of this place.
