Great place. Sat at bar outstanding service from a very busy single bartender Food is terrific wish portions were just a bit bigger Also this was just chance there were many large group tables that were very very loud
I rarely miss dining at Lavagna when I travel to NY from VA on business, which is 4 times a year. Be it the cozy space, friendly staff, great food or awesome wine list, Lavagna has come to feel like home, making me miss home a little less. Craig
A hidden family-run italian restaurant. A lovely date night spot or for a long overdue catch up over wine. Always skeptical about italian restaurants, but the food was extremely flavourful. Had the arrabbiata spaghetti, usually not a fan, but SO good. Lovely wine pairing as well. The artichoke and bean puree started was divine
