The Bilboquet delivered an extraordinary brunch experience with its vibrant ambiance with exceptional cuisine. Every dish we sampled was a testament to culinary finesse, from the perfectly crafted classics to the inventive, flavorful specials, and the desert was spectacular. The combination of great food, impeccable service, and lively beats made for an unforgettable brunch that leaves you eager to return.
The food, the ambience and service was excellent! The salmon and the steak were the highlights. Loved the south of France vibe - and overhearing French being spoken in addition to the food and drinks. Apparently you have “to be French” to work there - or at least speak the language; I think that’s wonderful and adds to authenticity!
