Similar to Eataly, but French. Nice layout that flows well. Some different nice eateries with different vibes. Also grocery options. A wide variety of priced things. I recommend the crepes.

Variety of food places to choose from to eat.

Vegetarian options: A beautiful area that is decorated for the holidays. Across from Tower One, along the water front. Has an ice skating rink outside, too.

Dietary restrictions: LOTS of choices to choose from. Many vendors there with a variety of foods.

Parking: Many shops are available in the area as well. Clothing, jewelry, etc.

The girls who work in the crepes section are very friendly and provide excellent service. There are people who make comments here that don't tell the truth. They have bad days and go to these places to look for problems and annoy people who spend a whole day working and giving the best they can offer and many customers who go are very problematic and come here with bad intentions to tell lies. I hope the owner doesn't pay much attention to bad comments made by people...
