Excellent pastries and bread. My French girlfriend approves.
Such a delicious selection
delicious macaroons
Not bad baked goods (sweet) but not amazing
Le Fournil is truly everything it says it is! The baguette is wonderful, the croissants and pastries are fresh (coming out multiple times a day). I’ve only been eating at Le Fournil around five months and the changes to the menu that I’ve seen are magnificent. Jeff cares so much about what the customers have a chance to try, especially the smoked salmon croissant and the new pizzettes that are delicious. The bakers get there very early in the morning everyday and stay late. I’ve also tried multiple restaurants that partner wholesale with Le Fournil. So so good. Try the beignets, the maple pecan, the small muffins, and the pastel de nata. Very underrated! There are vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options: the capreses, the macaron/GF cake/and the Vegan BLT. A neighborhood spot with a slice of authentic France!
Cute spot, quaint atmosphere, some seating but gets crowded. Strange congestion point right inside the door which is a little annoying. I had a custard waffle which was ok but not thrilling, and a vanilla latte. Might try the apricot croissant if I go again, those looked good.
I’ve been to Paris several times and love and frequent the boulangeries. These Viennoiseries are nearly identical to Parisian; crackly, shattering, buttery, not too sweet. While I was there a truck pulled up to deliver the magic ingredient; imported French flour. That’s what makes the difference! Worth the trip if your into laminated French pastry. Delish!
The best danish with raisins I’ve ever had.

Terrible coffee, overpriced food. The only thing authentically French is the rude staff. Stay away! Many better options in the neighborhood.

The pastries are decent, but not on the level of Petit Chou nearby.

Girl with dark hair didn’t acknowledge me or other customers waiting in line - let her friend skip - got upset when I spoke up, said I had “bad energy”
.. ok? Professional!
She claimed to be one of the owners.
Try Essex market or Porto Rico importing for coffee and treats instead. Save your money on this one.
The Baguette ? at Le Fournil reminds me of my time in Paris. Perhaps the closest one I’ve had here in NYC. Same goes for their Croissant ? and Pain Au Chocolate. Always a long line in the morning but it moves quickly. Macaroons are good too. Moderately clean facilities. Card payments are accepted. Nice staff. We will definitely be going back.

Dietary restrictions: Not really for those with Gluten allergies
