We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Le Jardinier. The food from appetizers to entree to dessert was beautifully plated and excellently prepared. My duck entree was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and among the most tender I have had, and the blend of carrots and carrot purée, orange reduction, and wine sauce worked perfectly. The chocolate cremeaux was delicious - chocolaty yet light. Notably, the vegan ice cream was superb - I would not have known it was vegan if they didn’t...
Gorgeous and relaxed atmosphere, just what we needed in chaotic midtown. The 5 course tasting menu was spectacular. Very quiet and intimate on a Thursday night. One of my favorite Michelins in NYC, comparable to Essential by Christophe.
Went for a Christmas dinner with family and we all got the tasting menu with the wine pairing. It was some of the best food I have ever eaten. The somalier's choice of wine made every dish exquisite.
