Wanted to order a coffee but the staff seems to have better things to do (chatting together). Went away to another cafe

Great experience, eating healthy food by the park.

The large iced matcha latte was more milk than I could ever drink mixed with a couple tablespoons of matcha. The sandwich I ordered was more bread than the tiny slices of egg and cheese and avocado could ever need. But the atmosphere…incomparable obviously.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude, unprofessional, and bizarre behavior. The entire interaction was confusing and frustrating. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

The photos are slightly misleading - no indoor seating but I’m sure would have been nice on a sunny day!

Cute spot for lunch however the food is not well prepared and staff were disorganized.
Soup cold. Quiche cold. Eggs and bacon cold. Bread was terrible and stale.

Waited for table service for 20 minutes but they seated people without their full parties so they sat there and didn’t order for half an hour waiting. So then tried the takeaway line and waited in line for 25 minutes with only 10 people in front of me in the line literally not moving at all. Finally just left the line with nothing. Such a waste of 45 mins.

The worst service ever! The cashier first told us we can get takeaways, once ordering she vaguely told us no we cannot get takeaways, and we were constantly asking ok which one is take away! She mentioned a couple, I ordered one and they charged me dull price but didn’t come with the salad:/
Once I got order I asked her why you didn’t tell me it doest come with the salad with takeaway! She just looked and ignored

Food from menu was pre made and served cold and not fresh.
Avocado toast was dry and cold.
Oatmeal was premade with water
Milk served on the side 🤷‍♂️

The guy serving touches the floor to pick up trash, touches his hair, wipes down the tables, and serves the food without washing his hands. And worst of all, he touches the rim of the cup—right where you put your mouth to drink your coffee. That place is a disaster

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Some ot the salads/sandwiches are pre-made if you want yours to be made to order ask which items on the menu come from the fridge. Plenty of options from the bakery, good coffee. Lemonade is great. Atmosphere is wonderful- Central Park by the model sail boat pond. Some waiting is to be expected if you want to be seated, but there are plenty of seats around if you don't feel like waiting.
