Jay was extremely intentionally disrespectful to us. We came in wanting the large chocolate mousse cake and asked him if they had it, we asked him if it was the whole cake, he gave us a look then ignored us and turned his back to us and stayed like that and refused to answer us. We had to ask a female employee the same questions just to get an answer. She also noticed his rude behavior and apologized for it. This kind of behavior and attitude is unacceptable to customers.

Every time I come here I end up regretting it. Terrible customer service (except for some waiters who are nice), overpriced food and noisy environment. You can do much better.
Food is good for some things and just ok for others but it’s definitely not worth the price you’re paying for.
Moreover, they made me pay for something that I didn’t even eat because it was not good, blaming it on the fact that it didn’t matter if I liked it or not I had to pay for it anyway given that it had been prepared. That could be true but it is definitely not good or smart customer service and surely not the way that the best restaurants/coffee shops approach such matters. Because by doing so you value the money more than the customer - even loyal ones - and the results is that customers do not come back.
I will not come back.

We went on May 26 morning.The service here was exceptional—the waitress was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The food was also beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
