It's incredible that a place with more than 20 tables only has one waitress to serve an entire floor. I must clarify that the service from the waitress and the staff is impeccable; they are very friendly, and despite the place being full of people, they always maintain excellent service. The food and service are extremely efficient, and I find the teamwork impressive because everyone helps each other, even the cook. However, my criticism is aimed at the managers, administrators, and the company. It's unbelievable that, in an effort to save money, they only have one waitress attending to more than 60 people (which I counted in the place). This is the third time I've been here, and it's always the same. This is outrageous and amounts to labor harassment! I applaud the work of the servers, cooks, dishwashers, and hostesses! They should have more consideration for their staff. Zara K are increíble server 🥰

Sadly fell off so much in the past 20 years. Used to come all the time and the quality and service has steadily declined. I am not sure what’s happened with this business. The last straw was ordering a mini carrot cake and getting an extra “on the house”. They were both incredibly stale, one super hard almost like a rock. Makes me so sad! RIP LPQ, was great while it lasted.

The chubby waitress, at the time of payment, pretended me to include tip for her.
If I don’t want to give tip, I will not do it.
As I didn t do it , she took my card, put it on the table with anger and left.
Tip is not mandatory!

They served Mimosas in a plastic cup and about a quarter full. Yet they charged for it like served in fine champagne glasses to the rim.

A waitress spilled dressing all over my pants and shoe. At first, she offered to order something complimentary, but when we accepted her offer at the end of lunch, she acted like we had misheard her. I just asked for a pastry. That’s pretty standard practice when someone messes up—I’ve worked in restaurants before.
Next time, we will go somewhere else!

This decoration and lighting are what I like. The location is very good and the transportation is very convenient. The brownie cake is well made, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very authentic. The large latte is great, a large cup is like a small bowl. Will continue to patronize next time!

Forgot my hat - called them, they confirmed it was there and will hold on to it for me for me. Came especially from uptown the day after - the manager didn’t apologize and just said they threw it away because the person i spoke with on the phone forgot to tell the manager. Didn’t offer an apology and acted like she was doing me a favor by calling the employee i spoke with. Never returning there.

The service was terrible. The waiter didn't even look at me when I spoke to him. The wait was endless, even to pay. Honestly, I would never go back.
….. for last 6 days I was having a breakfast with my 10 years daughter, therefore thank you to whole staff for kindness and great service ✌️🎩

Worst place ever. I highly do not recommend this place. If you’re looking for a good experience, this is not the place for you. The staff is rude—you could leave a tip, and they wouldn’t even say thank you. Totally disrespectful. Not recommended. You’ll end up paying $50+ for a breakfast you won’t even enjoy.

Couldn’t sleep at a nearby hotel and stumbled in here for some coffee as they were one of the only ones open so early. Coffee is great, but the WARM croissants at opening are above and beyond! 🤌🏻
