I picked a salmon sandwich from a tray, but turned out it’s turkey. I already paid the sandwich but the cashier immediately canceled the transaction and checked on any salmon sandwich in their kitchen. They didn’t have any left, but they’re willing to make a new one for me. Great service!

Ordered a Macchiato and got served a plain espresso. When I asked for a tiny scoop of milk they refused to add it. The coffee girl is plain rude. Besides food to dine in comes in plastic cups and wrapped in lots of plastic

The Maritozzo with cream and fruit tarts is excellent. I didn't like the croissants as they were excessively buttery

5 stars for the food because everything is really good! But I give 1 star for the takeaway service. The ladies at the cash register have no smile, speak too quickly (we barely have time to think!!) and no explanation where to get our drinks after ordering!! I waited 20 minutes thinking I would be served and nothing! I had to go ask myself! The only nice person was the gentleman who served the drinks! In summary, fortunately there are other “Le Pain Quotidien” places in New York! This one is to be avoided!

Good service but the mini pancakes aren't as good as I thought they would be, the omelettes were delicious, do not order too much if you're not sure you'll finish all. Prices are good.

Coffee was good and food was tasty, but compared to something similar in New York it was completely overpriced and far too little. For a mini sandwich with 5 lettuce leaves $14.The staff came across as a bit listless.Overall, I would not recommend this Le Pain branch. There are better locations. Or preferably to Maman.

The food tasted really good but the price list is definitely not justified. Would rather recommend other cafes in New York.

I love coming here! Their French cream doughnut is amazing and a must-try! Also, their avocado toast with smoked salmon is delicious.
