Really good cafe/bakery in the UES (multiple locations) Lots of seating indoors, perfect for getting work done, reading etc. great service, clean. My favorite pastry from Le Pain is the French cream doughnut - fresh, not too sweet with light cream filling.

The pastries looked amazing and tasted even better. We tried a variety of pastries, and every single one was incredible. Our favorites were the lemon and mixed berry tarts and the banana bread. We also ordered the vanilla chai latte, which was delicious and flavorful. The prices also seemed quite reasonable.Sasha helped us, she was super polite and good at recommending the pastries :D Will definitely come again :)

Love this place.Upon walking in, you immediately smell the baked goods. The place always looks very clean and neat which i appreciate. The lines at the registers are always long and typically go fast.Food is exceptional but the ambience is stale. We ordered pumpkin doughnut which was deliciously light and airy. There are also a lot of pastry options. There is also plenty of seating if you just need a place to sit and rest for a few minutes.The prices here are pretty reasonable. Everything in NYC is expensive nowadays so it’s good to not see all the pastries priced at $10.They also have drinks here, salads, sandwiches (both bkft and lunch).I was helped by Sasha but you can ask any of the staff members about breakfast/lunch/dinner options, everyone is very nice and polite.I really like this place and plan on continuing to visit!

This location is amazing! I came here 3 days a go Mariel waited on me, she is THE BEST! friendly, very attentive and of course professional. When I come in she already knows what I want, that makes me very happy. I will be coming to this location often because she is so great!!

I have tried the French crème doughnuts and they are amazing. Well not they but the vanilla I enjoyed more then the pumpkin. It’s decadent;rich;robust; and delectable. I want to try more of the pastries if they will be as tasty as the two I have tried. The customer service is attentive. The bakery is quiet and serene. I am impressed to say the least. Eat well my friends.
