Eggs were the most overcooked Ive ever had, they were rubber and squeezed when you chewed them. The salad came with avocado skin pieces mixed in and drenched in dressing.
The server was impossible to track down and there were 5 staff members lously having a great time around the corner completely ignoring guests. The bathrooms had no tp or soap (with many empty tp rolls and soap containers strewn about) and had clearly not been attended to in days.
Was able to get one of my two bad meals taken off the bill but the real insult came with the miscalculated tip option. As I hit 20% option I saw it was calculated as $9 on a $30 bill. I instead selected 18% which was still $7, more than 20%. The math is not matching. I won't be back, which is a shame because I love this chain.

Service person was awful. Neglectful sullen and not communicative. Couldn’t order what I wanted. Told me we don’t have e scrambled eggs even tho there are Omelettes on the menu. Didn’t know what she was doing. And they weren’t busy at 8 am. Which should have been my first clue.

Long wait to be seated, long wait to order, long wait for food, and even longer wait for drinks. We probably waited over an hour for food. While we ate, we weren’t even given drinks (mind you, just a water and coffee). We got our drinks after I got up and asked, but was met with attitude from the server. In the end, we got our drinks after we finished food. Ridiculous to have one server take care of the whole place. Food was mediocre.

Walked in an no one greeted me while employees chatted and I had to interrupt their conversation to ask where mobile pick up was. Food was good. Handed me a bag and two cups of coffee without a drink carrier. Reminded them that I had three drinks and needed a carrier. She grabbed the wrong drink, then I told her I needed a water. She then started helping another customer. I asked her was I supposed to grab the water somewhere else? She then grabbed a sparkling water. I told her I had still water. After leaving I and drinking my coffee I realize they either made the worst vanilla latte ever or made a coffee with artificial sweetener and gave it to me on accident.

Food was below average, we got the scrambled egg croissant, egg was old and had been reheated, salad on the side was barely edible from how old it was.
