Are the hours on Google wrong for this place ? I love the sandwiches but usually come between 5 and 6 and sometimes you're still open but it seems like at least half the time the place is closed. I'll have to give up soon if I never know whether it's going to be worth the trip or not.
I used to live in the EV and order from this spot all of the time. The vegetarian sandwiches are insanely good and the baguettes are delicious.
I walked in today asking for a pain au raisin pastry which I used to order consistently and was told that they have never had any pastries with raisins and the trio working laughed at me for even asking. Some kind of undercooked and soft ciabatta bread has replaced the fresh parisian baguettes of the heydays… Not sure what’s up with the decor all about tragic events/death… Not while I’m eating please?
