Okay now we gotta contender for my new favorite catfish spot in Harlem. I finally stepped in and ordered the catfish and chips and my tastebuds kept calling for me to add the potato salad. BABE!. The fish was SEASONED AND fried to perfection, the fries were perfectly crispy golden brown and the “homemade” tart sauce was EVERYTHING and more! The potato salad with the sweet smoked paprika was the perfect addition to this meal. I took it across the street under the bridge by the waterfront and devoured it all!

This place is never open on time. I had an order for 15 people we came to the store the day before we were making the order for them to not open the store until 1pm. Never got to order our food and the cook had the nerve it's not her fault. But you didn't open the store on time so who's fault is it. They will never get business from Harlem hospital again they are cut off.

Just moved into the neighborhood and happy to find this local gem. Friendly and welcoming and food was 🔥. Highly recommend the catfish combo w/mac-n-cheese. They were out of collard greens and they substituted cabbage which was very tasty.

My first and last time I went in legends I bought a six piece fish with two sides the lady behind the register she was outstanding her energy was everything, but that doesn’t make up for the food.
A six piece fish ended up being three pieces of fish cut into half pieces which was supposed to be six, which is very disappointed how much money that they asked for for their food and it taste wasn’t great and the fish was very small. Never again.

It's the Catfish for me! It's the Potato Salad for me! I recommend the Catfish dinner, it gave a buttery, crispy melt in you mouth affect! I genuinely don't like onions in my Potato Salad but the onions were barely there but there in just the right portion for taste! Ms.Dee is a Sweetheart!

Okay so I am a regular customer, and I just don't like that whenever they are open she will have a 2 hour wait for food that's not done had me come back, and food still wasn't done within that two hours. Then I kept going when I shouldnt have she shorts the food for the price she gives small portions as if she is running out of food. Half a scoop of side I will be interesting a picture later. If I ever go back(probably won't)she treated my friend horrible took the last of the food for herself instead of selling it .

Customer service is terrible! If you don't take orders over the phone, let your customers know. Don't make them order, show up, and then act like they never called. For example, the cook took my order over the phone, but when I arrived, he pretended not to remember. The owner just excused it, saying he's "just a cook."

I ordered takeout from here on Seamless and got the whiting and catfish with collard greens and Mac and cheese. The food was fire. The fish is super well cooked and seasoned and you get big meaty chunks of fish. All of that cost 28$ which I think is a good deal for what you’re getting. The people inside were sweet. Will def order again.
