I seriously can’t say enough good things about this bakery! The second I walked in, I was already obsessed with how cute and cozy it was. The aesthetic is absolutely beautiful, and honestly, I wanted to move in. 😂 You can tell everyone who works there puts so much love and hard work into everything they make. The cakes are actual works of art—I almost felt guilty cutting into mine… almost. 😅 They looked incredible and somehow tasted even better. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that it felt like they genuinely wanted you there, which is rare these days. If you’re looking for a bakery that’ll make your taste buds happy and your camera roll even happier, this is the place. The chocolate is that damn good! Just be warned… you’ll probably leave with more treats than you planned. (No regrets though!)

stopped by to try the cakes and Marie did not disappoint! the vibes of the cafe were incredibly cozy and the desserts all looked delicious!
i was able to try the dark chocolate mouse mini cake and the raspberry filling inside was a nice surprise! the mousse had a great texture, and the fact that there was no extra sugar added was a great bonus (not too sweet plus less guilty eating it 🫣)
highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance!

Got the 9 inch NY Cheesecake for a birthday party and everyone loved it - not a crumb left over! I’m not a cheesecake person either but it was delicious. For $78 I thought it was a bit expensive, but then I tasted it and it was well worth it. Fast service, helpful staff, quick turnaround!

I recently ordered a cake for my birthday. I ordered it the day before, on the website. Per the website's instructions/caveat, I called to make sure that the cake could be made on such short notice. They were able to accommodate. The cake was delicious and looked exactly like the picture on the website. I requested an unusual message on the cake, and they called to confirm rather than risk it being a typo. I'm a fan of this business and would highly recommend.

We stopped into Les Gateaux de Marie while in NYC and absolutely loved it. Such a cozy little bakery with the sweetest atmosphere. You can immediately tell the owner truly loves what she does and puts so much passion into every detail.
Everything we tried was amazing. The latte, coffee, cupcake, and crispy heart were all so good. We sat down for a few minutes to relax and honestly just enjoyed being in the space. The bakery is beautifully designed and feels so warm and welcoming.
One of my favorite parts was seeing the photos of the cakes she has created over the years. You could really feel her creativity and passion through everything in the shop. Everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful, and it ended up being one of those little places that makes a trip feel special. So glad we found it. Everything was affordable! We will be back!

Marie does an incredible job of creating stunning desserts and a quaint place for locals and tourists to meet.
