Delicious cookies! Big, soft and full of flavor. Prices are great and the place is very pretty. I ordered four cookies, three dark chocolate chip cookies and one adding peanut butter. They were awesome, my family and me loved them! The location is really good, and the staff was nice. They have a variety of options to choose. A must go! Keep it up. ☺️

I mean everybody knows this places is known as the best cookie place in NYC. I highly recommend it. Big warm cookies, they also sell coffee and other drinks like milk. There's usually a big line specially on Sundays though.

The double chocolate chip cookie is way too sweet. I get that it has a lof of chocolate, but then the chocolate chips ought to be selected with less sugar content! Also, the customer service is not good. I did not even get the proper answer to my questions, the guy just rush- talked about the kind of cookies which are absent and what kind of replacement I can get, which misled me to order what I did not want to get in the first place, but the person right after me ordered exactly...
