I come here often for lunch because they have a great variety of drinks, food and desserts to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and it's very delicious. The staff is very friendly, attentive and will make sure your food and drink is exactly the way you want it. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and want to grab a bite or drink.

I can’t believe they don’t know how to make a Philly cheesesteak? Who puts mayonnaise , lettuce and tomato on a fPhilly cheesesteak

Lexgourmet is not as gourmet an atmosphere as you would expect. They do have a lot of employees working together to bring out the feed bags. It's clean and very well stocked with grocery items also. When you see the workmen sitting outside you know there's good eats for less. I was there for breakfast because I saw the buffet in the back and people lined up at the register. It's a long narrow space with very tight areas when you are trying to social distance. Unfortunately when I got to the buffet there was only fresh fruit. I wanted a less healthy meal! I did speak briefly to the nice employee at the register during check out. Since there were a lot of people checking out I didn't hesitate. This is a good place to grab a Coffee with a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese to go. There's a spacious outside seating area, when it's not full of workmen!

The place serves good food not great food and they are not upfront about their prices witch I should’ve expected being on the upper east side of Manhattan but for the average New Yorker it’s not a place for good wouldn’t recommend going there if they are not having their happy hour witch is 4-7 again not worth it
the worst customer service, sky high prices, absolutely horrible. only slightly worse than the deli across the street. oh and did i mention the terrible attitudes? i was once hassled for a dime, 10 cents, back when i was a regular customer.Save yourself the hassle and misery. Pack your own lunch, don't provide patronage to this dump.

I was racially profiled in this establishment and when wrongfully accused of shoplifting a bel vita cookie, yea those little cookies I was willing to risk it all for the cookie lol. I even offered to empty my pockets so they could realize how ridiculous their allegation was. No apology. Cool. They had the balls to accuse me but not to swallow their pride and apologize for such an embarrassing allegation. I guess I shouldn't have been Hispanic worn a hoodie, sweat pants and sneakers, sorry I was heading to work to do a over nite as I am a doorman in the area. I am disgusted in 2018 we still dealing with the bulls*^t!!! Never setting foot in this establishment again!
