L’Express is a friendly restaurant with great food and atmosphere. The staff is attentive and the vibe is terrific. The beef tartare was good, served with fries and capers. The Shakshouka was underwhelming, but the benedict was great. The service was good, and everyone left satisfied, wanting to come back for more.
