L’Express is a friendly restaurant with great food and a terrific atmosphere. The staff is attentive, and the service is even better. The beef tartare is good, served with fries and capers, while the Shakshouka was underwhelming. However, the benedict is great, and the lamb burger is awesome, especially when paired with pomme frites. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, accommodating, and dog-friendly for outside dining.
