Librae Bakery is a true neighborhood treasure. Their lattes are smooth and perfectly balanced, the croissants are buttery and flaky, and the focaccia is light yet full of flavor. The staff is warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the place. I came back on a weekend afternoon after trying the pistachio croissant here two years ago because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. I ordered a matcha and the pistachio croissant, while it wasn’t warm this time, it was still packed with pistachios and just as delicious as I remembered.
