It was just ok and pretty expensive. There is some great cuisine in NYC and I think you could get better breakfast elsewhere. The service is also ok. Not friendly or polite, sometimes can come across rude. I would not recommend.

LINDY'S isn't lying when they say they have the best NY cheesecake around. I'd say they are indeed better than their popular local competitor Juniors cheesecake. Yes I said it, because it's true. As a home baker I make many versions of cheesecake myself...so trust me on this one. My father who is a dessert diehard, even agreed...shocking! I had heard great things about this place so when we passed it I for sure wanted to go. I was disappointed. Maybe it was because it was so cold outside I couldn't enjoy anything. I don't know. The latte was disgusting and the glasses/silverware were dirty. The only good thing I can say is that they had the football game and their mozzarella sticks are AMAZING. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother. They're also overpriced but it's NY so you can't expect much less. Probably won't ever go...read full review
