I'm not a jerky fan and this is the only beef and chicken jerky I will allow in my system. A hole-the-wall authentic shop that is a must-try. Service is smooth and great and lets you grab small and large orders with no problem.

Hi! I just contacted and spoke with the owner's daughter! They are willing to deliver to my hotel and I'm just excited to be able to get their beef jerky! I hope they can deliver as I'm waiting for her to confirm they have a driver. Sue and her mother were very sweet and I'm certain their product is as good as the reviews are raving about! Yay!! Got confirmation it will be delivered!! Normally they only deliver 4 pounds and up so I'm even more thankful about their kindness!! I grew up getting dried beefy jerky from New York Chinatown so it's a blessing to find it still is available!! I'm an American Born Chinese who loves coming to Chinatown for the food!! and being around other Chinese Who make me feel like I'm a part of this awesome community Thank You!! Happy New Year and Chinese New Year too!!

I honestly hope they stay in business forever. I only bought the regular beef and regular pork but both are SO tender (especially the pork!), juicy and right amount of sweet. The char is smoky and perfect. It's so rare to find decent asian jerky in NYC (or USA) and the person behind the counter was so nice, friendly and helpful. I need to go back and buy a few pounds next time.

This is a must have stop if you happen to be around the Manhattan's Chinatown area. This beef jerky is absolutely tender and delicious.if you come at the right time, you can watch them making some fresh, in the cooking area.My usual go get is the spicy beef jerky. There is: pork jerky beef jerkychicken jerkyshrimp jerkycurry beefchopped beefAll of them also have spicy version. All around $13 for half a pound.I've bought pounds of it before for out of town guests. They can't find this stuff anywhere in their neck of the woods. I've also shipped it to friends in another state. Just make sure that you ship it with refrigeration cold packs, to keep it fresh through the delivery. This is a small hole in the wall place but you leave with delicious treats.Cash only. Remember to store jerky in refrigerator. Do not leave it out. Store it properly or else it will go bad. It is not filled with preservatives. It does not last forever. This is not a 'Slim Jim' product, that never expires.

Five stars for this small shop because the beef jerky here is incredible. Is very soft and flavored and seasoned very well. It has a nice charcoal flavor. You need to be really careful with them because one piece fell apart in my hands as I try to eat it while I'm walking down the street. It was pretty devastating. For a quarter pound it costs $7. They say that after one day you need to put it in the refrigerator.

Simply the best jerky. I've been going to them for over 15 years. I prefer spicy pork.I've tried a few other jerky places around Chinatown but they're not as good.

I was at Jung’s Dried Beef on mulberry last week and decided to compare it with Ling Kee this week. Both places are cash only. Ling Kee slightly less expensive. Ling Kee also also has a wider selection. I tried beef and curry today. Next time, chicken, pork and shrimp.
